Words carry weight. They shape perceptions, relationships, and opportunities.

Being impeccable with our words is all about speaking the truth.

It’s about using our words to promote positive outcomes for everyone.

It seems simple (and it is). But its impact is big.

Don't Take Anything Personally

Words shape our reality but shouldn't dictate our self-worth.

The second agreement is "Don't take anything personally."

This guides us to separate ourselves from others' words and actions.

What people say or do reflects their reality, not ours.

When we stop taking things personally, we prevent others' opinions from defining us.

How many of us have ever had a bad day and taken it out on someone? I know I have.

This agreement is about seeing through it.

Don't Make Assumptions

Assumptions cloud our judgment. We think they're the truth.

"Don't make assumptions" urges clarity. Assumptions lead to unnecessary drama.

Dawn is telling us to ask questions, seek clarity, communicate clearly.

This will help us avoid misunderstandings, strengthen relationships.

Always Do Your Best

This one is my favorite 🙂

Your best changes all the time; it's never the same.

"Always do your best" means just that—give what you can right now.

Sometimes you're on top of your game, sometimes you're not. And that's okay.

Understanding this helps us cut ourselves some slack.
