Setting clear a clear goal is the first step.
I know this sounds very rah-rah.

Where do you want to go? What do you want to do?
It's ok if you don't know right now, but just know, we can't advance until we have a vision of where to go.
Clear goals give direction. Know what you want to achieve. (Pg. 10)
Negative thoughts are mental roadblocks.
They prevent us from reaching our full potential.
When we harbor doubts and fears, they manifest in our actions.
This screws with our head and leads us right to failure and missed opportunities.
We need to counteract negative thought patterns so we can accomplish our vision.
Disbelief is negative power. When the mind disbelieves or doubts, the mind attracts 'reasons' to support the disbelief. - (Pg. 14)
David Schwartz tells us that setting big goals is crucial for achieving big things.
When we aim high, we push ourselves beyond our comfort zone and unlock our full potential.
Big goals provide clear direction and purpose.
This motivates us to take consistent action towards achieving them.
They challenge us to develop new skills, acquire knowledge, and build resilience.
By striving for ambitious targets, we set ourselves apart.

Visualization is a powerful tool that can help us achieve our goals.
All we need to do is mentally rehearse success.
When we visualize ourselves accomplishing our objectives, we create a clear mental picture of what success looks like.
This practice will activate our subconscious mind.
It aligns our thoughts and actions with our desired outcome.
Visualization also enhances motivation and confidence.
It makes it easier to stay focused and overcome challenges.
By regularly imagining success, we reinforce positive beliefs and behaviors.
This contributes to actualizing our dreams.
